In Traditional Chinese Medicine it was discovered that the entire body is represented on the auricle, or the outer portion of the ear, including the physical body and the energetic body. And that the ear is the central meeting point of all energetic channels in the human body.
Auricular therapy, or Auriculotherapy, is the therapeutic stimulation of this micro system (or meeting point) on the auricle to target a range of physical ailments, pain/discomfort, energetic balancing and so much more.
In a session at Sole Wellness Studio, we use a specific device to detect each auricular point on the ear. Each point is then tested twice. Once before stimulation and again after. Gentle stimulation and reflexology is applied to the ears prior to placing ear seeds on specific auricular points dependent on each clients' needs.
It is truly a unique experience and powerful modality our clients are quickly coming to love as much as we do!
