Individual Halotherapy and Red Light Therapy Sessions
Individual halotherapy and red light therapy sessions are for one person only. For more than one person, see group options below.
Rest or meditate in the Salt Room while experiencing the benefits of salt therapy for 40 minutes. Get comfortable in one of our zero gravity lounge chairs as you settle in. This is your time to disconnect during your sessions. No phones or electronic devices in this room due to the salt particles. A small locker will be provided for your belongings. The Salt room is cool and dry at all times. You may wish to bring layers for comfort. Clean cotton socks are required to enter the room.

Auriculotherapy (Ear Seeding) & Reflexology
Individual auricular therapy sessions are for one person only. For more than one person, contact the studio for group options.
Using an Auricularpoints detector, each point is located on the ear. Gentle reflexology & acupressure is applied to the points in need of additional support. Ear seeds are then applied to the nerve impulses in need and can last approximately 3-5 days. 3-4x a day, breathing techniques & gentle pressure can be applied to the ear seeds in short time from anywhere to stimulate the signals to the brain and continue results from the session.

The Salt Room remains at 66-68 degrees year round. You may wish to bring a blanket, towel or sweater for an additional layer. White cotton socks are required to enter the Salt Room. There will be a small locker bin with a key to place your belongings in as no cell phones or electronics are permitted in the Salt Room. Sole Wellness Studio is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
